I’ve been in the military since the chaos of 2020 and have built a net worth of $154,000 by the age of 23—all while serving on active duty.

I achieved this by taking full advantage of the incredible financial opportunities the military provides, building multiple online businesses, continuously expanding my knowledge, and most importantly, getting back up every time I fell flat on my face.

At just 18 years old, fresh out of boot camp, I started investing in the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). Four years later, that account now holds over $30,000—thanks to a well-researched TSP allocation strategy.

At 20, after many failed side hustles, I finally cracked one that brought in $10,000 a month. I stashed every dollar into a high-yield savings account earning 3.70% APY.

At 21, I used the VA loan to purchase not only my first home but my first investment property in Virginia Beach, VA. I reinvested $15,000 from my savings to make strategic improvements and force appreciation.

Just 18 months later, I sold that property and walked away with $40,000 in profit—simply by buying smart, saving consistently, and learning everything I could about real estate.
